Service standards
Safe in Sound is an equal opportunities project and strives to offer the highest level of service standards. If you come into contact with the project you can expect:
- To be treated fairly and with respect at all times.
- For information you disclose to remain confidential within the project, unless that information means a child is at risk.
- To not be judged, patronised or "ranted at" for being a drug user.
If you feel you have been treated unfairly by the project complaints can be made through the SVS complaints procedure. Contact SVS for more details.
